Monthly Roundup October

I was debating on whether to do a monthly roundup for October or not as I have basically done NOTHING for this past month. I say nothing but I am still working at home, so my days are pretty full but the evenings have just been binge watching telly and films. I was looking through the photos on my phone for October and they are basically me in pyjamas or snuggled with my animals, so this is basically now a fur baby appreciation post lol.

Apart from Lewis (when he isn’t moaning about something ha!), I don’t know how I would have got through this year without my little animal buddies. I know I am in an extremely lucky position to be able to work from home and stay safe, but every now and then I have such a wobble with everything going on. I don’t think a minute has passed where I haven’t had a baby on or next to me and it has been so comforting. To be fair, it is normally Frank as he is attached to my hip pretty much all day. Even when I am working, 9 times out of 10 he is trying to get on my lap. I just feel so lucky to have them in my life.

This is my favourite time of year for festive flavoured products too. I spotted this Winter Spice Twix in the petrol station and it was glorious! The perfect taste of gingerbread and spice. I just hope I find it somewhere other than a petrol station where they cost a ridiculous price.

Obviously the end of October was when BoJo announced our second lockdown, so we are back in completely again now. To be honest, I still hadn’t been going out too much but I had been enjoying a late night trip to B&M every now and again. I know that I can still go to places, but in all honesty I don’t really want to unless it is urgent.

My aim is to try and make November a little bit more exciting. We are in Lockdown BUT it’s nearly Christmas and I am determined to make sure it can still be as close to the most wonderful time of the year that is normally is! ❤
