Funko Pop • Toy Story Alien

I must be the only person that still hasn’t seen Toy Story 4! I was so excited for it to come out and then when it did, I just didn’t go. I still really want to see it, but I am sure it will be out on DVD by the time I get around to it. I don’t think it helps, I have heard really mixed reviews, so I think my hype has died down a little. I don’t normally pay attention to reviews, but I couldn’t really avoid them this time around. I will definitely watch it soon and make up my own mind though!

I have mentioned way too many times on this blog how much I love the Aliens from Toy Story and finally I have one! This little guy first made an appearance in my May Wishlist and I have been longing for him ever since. The aliens are just one of the best characters ever, I fell in love with them all those years back when I first saw Toy Story and have loved them ever since. oOoOoOoOo.

I do love how they have kept his eyes Alien-like. I always worry with Funko as sometimes they make them ‘too Funko’ and lose the character a little. This happened a lot with the original Spider-man pops, as the eyes were almond shaped as they should be on the suit, but then it was just the middles that were circle and black. It just didn’t look right at all. Funko seem to have learnt though as the new versions look so much better now!

This Funko Pop is absolutely PERFECT. I love the Aliens so much, although I feel like I need a few of them on a shelf together to create a little Alien group vibe. I really want to watch Toy Story now, so hopefully I can make the trip soon! ❤
