Nails Pink Beau Gel Collection

I’m not doing very well with my nail series here am I! I have more nail polishes and pigments than I know what to do with at the minute, I just don’t have enough nails to paint haha! I go through themes with nail colours, some days I really want pink, some pastel and then some green. I think this is might actually be how my collection has grown so rapidly – nail impulse buys.

When I was going through my pastel pink phase, I treated myself to this cute little pink set from Amazon. I find Amazon and eBay are such good places for Gel Nail sets, especially if you don’t want to spend lots of money on them like me. I have found that having a good top or base coat is the key to gel nails lasting so long.

All of the pink shades in this set are just so lovely and my favourite shade is definitely PK04 which is the perfect little candy pink shade I used above. PK01 is the lightest shade on the wheel and a bit like the colour you would use for a french manicure. PK02 is slightly deeper, a proper baby pink shade and PK03 has more of a salmon tone to it, still pink but with a slightly more orange tone. The set is perfect for any pink lovers and as each shade is only a little bit deeper than the one before, it works great for gradient nails too.

My hands are super dry at the minute as you can see, which is really annoying. It doesn’t matter what hand cream I use, they just seem to stay dry for ages. I thought I would justify that a little there as I realise my hands look so dry in that photo!

I have used every shade in this set and they have all lasted at least 2 weeks before starting to lift. Like I mentioned I think that does all depend on the prep and base/top coats though but I am really pleased with this considering the price. I noticed that there are lots more of these sets on Amazon, so you can bet I will posting about other colours soon!
