How are we in double December digits already?! I honestly don’t have a clue where time is going. Christmas is in less than 2 weeks guys! I still haven’t finished my Christmas shopping either….eeek!
I have been opening some lovely goodies in my Body Shop ‘Share The Joy’ Advent Calendar, so thought I would show you the last few days I opened…
★ Obviously, there will be spoilers ahead, so if you don’t want to know what I opened in boxes 6-10, don’t scroll down! ★
Day 6 – Banana Nourishing Shampoo
I know banana is supposed to be really good for the hair, but if you know me, you know how much I hate the stuff. The smell, the texture, everything haha! I will try to give this a go, as I know I need anything on my hair that can be good for it, but if not, I will gift it on.
Day 7 – Watermelon Born Lippy
You can never have too many lip balms, especially when they smell as good as this watermelon one. This will get a lot of use from me.
Day 8 – Pink Grapefruit Shower Gel
It’s a good job I like Grapefruit as it has appeared a couple of times now. I do love The Body Shop Shower Gels as the scent tends to last. I hate when you have a nice smelling shower and the smell disappears immediately. This one is a winner.
Day 9 – Almond Milk & Honey Hand Cream
I have tried this before and it is LOVELY. The scent is gorgeous, it isn’t too overpowering and the honey notes are perfect. I have the driest hands ever and this did the trick, especially with all the anti bac being used at the moment.
Day 10 – Coconut Shower Cream
This smells like Bounty in a pot and it is glorious. If ever there was a scent that reminds me of cocktails on a beach somewhere it is this one. It’s bittersweet as I love the scent, but on the other hand it makes me sad about the lack of holidays happening lately.
I have really been enjoying this Advent so far, the only thing I am a little disappointed with is the lack of Christmas scents. When I have had these before, I have loved the Festive items included, but this one hasn’t had any so far.
