It’s that lovely time of year when all of the cute little Festive Makeup sets come out. I love this time as the sets are amazing, but then I also hate it, as all I really want to do is treat myself. I should really be buying gifts for others but instead I end up looking at things that I would like. Dammit. The only plus is that I know where to head after Christmas to try and pick up some bargains!
Whilst out and about I have discovered some really good things and here are my favourites…
Shiny Pretty Things Party Favours Mini Lipstick Set / MAC – I think this little set is so cute, I saw it when I popped to MAC last week. The colours are just gorgeous for a bold lip lover too.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Holiday Mini Metallic Liquid Lipstick Set / Feel Unique – I love wearing metallic lipsticks at this time of year and this set looks right up my festive street. I have wanted to try something from Anastasia Beverly Hills for so long, maybe this will be the time I invest!
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Ornament / Selfridges – Again, something I have wanted to try for ages. As a marketers dream, pop something inside Christmas packaging and I am sold.
Starfire Heavy Metal Glitter Liner Trio / Urban Decay – I love the Heavy Metal Glitter Liners and the colours in this set are gorgeous. The formula is really good and the colours are perfect for this time of year.
Kat Von D Everlasting Lip Liner Set / Debenhams – Kat Von D Everlasting lipsticks are AMAZING! I love the colour selection here, although it is still a little on the pricey side!
Whipped Wonderland Liquid Highlighter / NYX – New season, new highlighter. I have become obsessed with highlighters lately and this looks lovely. It even has the cutest name too, I am sold.
Whipped Wonderland Soft Matte Metallic Lip Cream Set / NYX – I love, love, love the NYX lip creams and this set is perfect for a lip enthusiast like me. The choice of colours are just lovely and I actually think I would wear them all.
These would all make the most perfect gifts for me anyone who loves makeup on the sparkly/bright side. There is such a good selection of things out there at the moment, I must remember to buy presents first. ❤
