If there was one makeup brand that I wish I could swatch for hours in my local Debenhams, it is Kat Von D Beauty. Every time a new product comes out, I fall in love and then sigh that I can’t cover my hands in dark or glittery goodness. This makes the buying process a lot harder, as I have to imagine what it is going to look like in real life. I couldn’t decide on a full size product to treat myself to, so I went for the Bow N Arrow set.
This is where my love of miniatures comes in, I love anything in a mini version – Perfumes, Toiletries, Makeup. You name it, if it comes in a mini size I am in love. I don’t know what it is, everything just seems a little cuter in miniature size.
I needed a new liquid eyeliner, which is the reason that I bought this set. That’s my kind of logic – need a new eyeliner, buy a set which has an eyeliner the size of a peg inside, but hey you get a new lip product too. I really liked the Tattoo Eyeliner the I got in the London Calling set, so I had high hopes for this one too.
I do like this eyeliner, but sadly not as much as the Tattoo Liner. They’re not majorly different from each other, but I found the Tattoo Liner to be a lot more precise. The Ink liner came out a little watery too, it didn’t swipe as black as I hoped it would, even after a few shakey shakes. It does create a nice flick though, it just didn’t wow me as much as the Tattoo Liner did.
Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks are my new favourite thing. I just love their formula, like I said earlier I just wish that I could swatch these all day long. Although, this could also be slightly dangerous, as I wouldn’t be able to leave empty handed. I love their formula, as they apply like a gloss but dry with a nice matte finish. In the tube, Bow N Arrow is a nice looking beige nude, which makes a change as all of my nudes have a slight pink tone.
I used both of the products in the photo above, although you can’t see my eyeliner too well. That will teach me for having a tiny flick day. The Liquid Lipstick is my favourite colour at the minute, it dries a warm chocolate colour which is making me dream of Autumn a little…there I said it. I do love you Summer, but I can’t cope with your humidity.
I really do like this set, it isn’t a bad price and means you can try the mini products without buying the full size. I absolutely love the lipstick, it’s just a shame that the Ink Liner didn’t wow me like I had hoped. ♥
I can't believe how lovely Bow N Arrow looks on you! It looks really dark on me, I must have naturally translucent lips aha. I always wondered what the difference between the two different liners was, I think I'll stick to the tattoo one too x

I love that lipstick shade, it is totally what I wear on an everyday basis!
