morphe 35g bronze goals palette

Wooo, it’s week 2 of my makeup series. This week I have created a look with the most used palette in my collection right now – the Morphe 35G Palette*. I was sent this palette a few months ago as part of a previous collaboration and I am just so in love with it. It is one of those palettes that I use pretty much daily now, especially on work days when I am tired, as I find the shades make me look much more awake. I will definitely do a whole post dedicated to this little gem soon, but for now you will have to put up with a little look I have created.

I am such a fan of warm eye shadows, no matter what hair colour I have had over the years, the warmer shades just seem to work. If they are metallic too, that’s even better, which is another reason this palette is so perfect for me. I decided to play around with some of the more orange and gold tones in the palette, to create a little sunset look. Shade names aren’t printed on the actual palette itself but on the plastic sheet that protects the eyeshadows. To make things easier, I have marked the shades that I used in the photo above. I decided to do a basic blend for this one, starting with the lightest shade in the corner and working my way into the darker shade on the outside. I then did the same blend underneath my eye.

I really like this look, the colours remind me of a sunset. Maybe I was subconsciously thinking of somewhere far away when I was doing this and dreaming that I was there instead. There are so many combinations with the palette, all of the shades just work so well together. That’s another thing I love about this, the shadows just blend like an absolute dream! ❤
