Where, oh where, oh where did May go? I think that was definitely the quickest month of the year by far. I can’t quite believe we are in June now, halfway through the year already and a little bit closer to Christmas (sorry!). May was quite a nice little month actually. A few cute little bits happened, the evenings started to get lighter and the smell of Summer was in the air…
I finally treated myself to the Meeko phone case that I mentioned in my May wishlist post. I mean Skinnydip had 50% off so it would have been rude of me not to really! It’s just so sparkly and just as lovely as I thought it would be. Pocahontas is just such a good film and definitely has some of my favourite Disney songs in.
Misty has been her usual mischievous self too, chasing Meowth, being a pain and we have even had an escape mission out of the back door but luckily Lewis managed to catch her. Meowth has the brains but Misty has the speed, so together they make the perfect tag team.
I have been playing around with pigments again this month and have totally fallen in love with this teal powder. I have more pigments than I know what to do with at the minute, but when they are only 99p I find myself adding them to my eBay basket constantly.
I finally got around to changing my hair colour too. I’m back to pink and I LOVE IT. Pastel colours are definitely my thing, especially in the summer. I just love pastel hair with flowers in, it looks so pretty.
We treated ourselves to a Nintendo Switch too. After so many months of wanting one, we finally did it. As Eevee is one of the best Pokémon ever, I chose Let’s Go Eevee and I am totally addicted to it. This also inspired me to whip out Procreate and doodle this little Jigglypuff. Angry Jiggles is definitely my spirit animal, I feel like this is exactly what I look like when I am grumpy.
Last but not least, it was my birthday! Thank you to everyone that sent me messages and made it super special. Also, how amazing was my Mermaid cake, it tasted so lovely too.
I am looking forward to seeing what June has to bring, hopefully lots of sunshine as that hasn’t been very successful so far!
