Five Little Things #8

Five Little Things #8 thumper funko pop

My organisational skills have been so rubbish lately. The amount of time that I spend faffing around on background tasks is unreal. I usually take time to sit down and write something and end up tweaking little things instead, I really need to stop. I think it has got to the point where I don’t need to tweak anymore, so hopefully I will get some new posts up…hooray!

I haven’t done a Five Little Things post in a while, so thought I would share a couple of things that have been making me happy lately.

1 – Sunshine – Oh what a difference the sun being out makes. I absolutely love the sunshine. Everything is so much brighter and happier, I just love how fresh everything seems too. Easter weekend was just beautiful and gave me huge summer feels, so I’m hoping for more of that soon please.

2 – Easter Eggs – Gimme all the chocolate! I have been trying to eat so much healthier lately, but couldn’t resist a good old chocolate binge this past week. I mean if you can’t eat your body weight in chocolate eggs over Easter, then when can you? I have taken it to a new extreme and had pretty much a whole egg for pudding each day though. LOL.

3 – Gel Nail Powders – I have been loving gel nail powders lately, there is something about the chrome and holographic effects that you can get with them. I have been picking them up from eBay and most of the ones that have arrived have been from Born Pretty, I think I am going to start bringing nails back onto the blog and showing you my latest gel finds too, so watch out.

4 – BBQ’s – The sunnier weather has brought out the BBQ lover in me again. I couldn’t resist a good old BBQ over the Bank Holiday. The weather was just so nice it would have been rude not to. Plus, I couldn’t leave the house without smelling grilled food, so I would have has serious FOMO if I never had one.

5 – Taking Misty Outside – We managed to take Misty outside over the weekend and it was the cutest thing. I didn’t get any photos as our neighbours are super noisy, so we didn’t stay out too long to avoid her getting spooked. I will be taking her out again soon though and will definitely try and take photos of her and Meowth’s adventures.

These are the things that have been making me happy over the last few weeks. It is so nice to take a step back and think of the simple little things that have brought joy. What has been making you happy?

This is such a nice post and I love that it wasn’t just products but experiences too. This has inspired me to do something similar on my blog!
