December is just completely running away with me. This time next week Christmas will be OVERRRR. I didn’t mean for that to sound so dramatic haha, it’s just a bit scary how fast time is going. Anyway, as I knew was probably going to happen I have had to double up the doors again because I am awful at time planning these days. Honestly, since moving out I seem to have lost all concept of time and this is definitely something that I need to work on in 2018.
I cant believe we are so near the end of this Advent too, only 2 doors left. But for now, here are days 9 and 10…
As you all know by now if you have been following my posts, I am opening this calendar every other day, so I may be ahead. If you don’t want to know what you are going to receive, *please don’t scroll down.*
Day 9 – Lavender & Espresso Calming Hand Therapy
I am not going to lie, when I first saw these 2 ingredients together, I was a bit unsure. I absolutely hate the smell of Lavender and wasn’t entirely sure how Espresso was going to smell with it, as I hate the smell of coffee also. Sounds like a dream combination, but, I actually really like it. This hand cream doesn’t smell like either of those things, it has a sweet and floral, musky scent to it, which is really nice. I instantly thought I would be giving this one away, but I think I might actually keep it for myself.
Day 10 – Pear & Pink Magnolia Uplifting Hand Therapy
I love this scent! It is just so summery and fruity. At first you can really smell the pear and then as it starts to fade, more of the magnolia seeps through. As soon as I smelt it, I instantly thought of spring flowers blooming and I cant wait!
As I only opened these door’s over the past few days, I can’t comment too much on how well they work. Although, if they are anything like any of the other Crabtree & Evelyn products I have used before, they will be spot on. I honestly don’t use hand creams by any other brand.
