The last few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind I must admit. I went away on a lovely family holiday to Fuerteventura and then the day after coming back, we GOT A KITTEN! You cannot even begin to imagine my excitement when we picked her up, I made Lewis drive so that I could hold her coming home. She is just so squishy, beautiful and perfect.
We decided to call her Meowth, which I thought I was a genius for coming up with. I say ‘we’, but Lewis didn’t really have a choice in the matter. I was always going to name her. She looks all sweet and innocent in the photo above, but the below photo is more of an accurate representation of her! She is so playful and cuddly, I adore her already. I look at her and am so filled with love.
I feel like things are finally all coming together. I have dreamt of having a little furry family for so long and now we have little Meowth, I am so, so happy. Obviously, the next natural thing for me was to start a little Instagram for her too, so if you fancy giving her a little follow – @dailymeowth. She will still be appearing on my Instagram, I just needed a little outlet for my cat spam!
Now that I am a bit more settled, I am hoping to get back to posting more again. That is providing the cat doesn’t distract me too much.

AWWWH Meowth looks so much like my cat Zazzles when he was just a kitten.
This whole post is making me broody for a new cat (is that a thing? can we get broody over animals ahahah)
