Life Lately

I feel like I haven’t had a proper catch up with you all in so long. It is crazy, time just runs away with me sometimes and as much as I have still been blogging, the days have just flown, so I thought I would give a little update on life lately.

Firstly, you may or may not have noticed, but I moved over to WordPress. Yay! It is something that I have been thinking of doing for a while now, but just haven’t had the bottle to do it myself. I did it though and after 1 late night and a billion cups of tea, everything should now be running smoothly. The move was nowhere near as hard as I imagined it to be either. I have nothing against Blogger, I just felt that it started to limit me slightly and I can already see that I have a lot more control with WordPress. Hopefully good things are about to come.

As you know from me posting last week, I changed my hair colour. I like to change my hair every time I start to feel stuck in a rut or in need of a pick me up. I see it as giving myself a new identity aha. I am really feeling the pink at the minute though, so know that this was a good decision.

My little house is slowly turning more and more into a home too, which is lovely. It really is the little touches that make it. I am not a fan of the spiders that keep appearing though, they seem to be a daily occurrence and I have even gone around the windows and doors with peppermint oil to stop them coming in. We will see if that works, even though I highly doubt it.

I feel a lot less stressed lately too, which is nice. I think a bulk of the stress was to do with the house sale, so that weight has been lifted nicely. That isn’t stopping me from looking forward to my holiday though. I really can’t wait to relax and do nothing.

Other than that, I have just been plodding along really. Sometimes, I feel like I am just constantly waiting for something amazing to happen. lottery win, where are you?!
