Lee Stafford Chopstick Styler

Lee Stafford Chopstick Styler

I must admit, I can be pretty lazy when it comes to styling my hair. I normally either let it dry naturally, plait it or just wear it up. I don’t even know why, I want to make more time for it, I just don’t know what to do with it. I was looking for some inspiration and googled to see how Zoella achieved her corkscrew curls and the results all led to the Lee Stafford Chopstick Styler.

It was the day of my Christmas party, I was panicking and for some reason thought that I would be able to get out of work, buy this styler and get ready in less than 2 hours. As you can probably guess it didn’t happen. I still wanted to try the styler out though and little did I know that Santa would bring it to me a few weeks later!

The styler itself is nice and easy to use. All you need to do is wrap your hair around and hold it a few seconds and ‘hey presto’ spiral hair. I have found that the smaller the section of hair, the tighter the curl. As you all probably know, I am super clumsy so it did take me a few attempts to master it without burning myself (although you can guarantee I will still burn my ear each time!) The wand is very long, which is perfect for really long hair as you don’t have to worry about trying to get all of your hair into a small space.

Before you see the photos, let me just say I AM SOOOOO IMPRESSED BY THIS and if you scroll down you will see why!

You know when a hair style makes you feel really nice. This is mine. I had naturally curly hair anyway, I say had because since I have been bleaching it, I don’t really know what it does anymore but it definitely isn’t as curly as it used to be. Maybe this is why it holds these curls so well, I really don’t know but I love what it does to my hair! For the price of this, I really didn’t expect it to work as well as it does and I expected the curls to drop out really quickly. But no, 3 days at work and the curls were still going strong.

If you are looking for a way to achieve tight curly hair, I really couldn’t recommend this enough. I will definitely be making more of an effort with my hair now that I can see what this can do!

I've heard and seen a lot about this chopstick styler. Seems to be popping up everywhere over the past few weeks lol. I really want to get one but I'm pretty sure the curls wouldn't suit me. I can only just about get away with loose curls tbh. But this look really suits you! x
