L’Oreal are totally my go-to brand for Mascara’s. I love how affordable they are and their formulas are always pretty much spot on. I recently saw the Miss Hippie mascara and knew that I needed to try it. I am a huge fan of the Miss Manga range, so I had high hopes for this one too!
The packaging of this is very similar to the other ‘Miss’ mascara’s, which is great as they are so easy to hold. The wand is thick and jam packed with bristles – these are my favourite types of wand as they grab as much product as they possibly can without splodging everywhere.
L’Oreal claim that this mascara will give ‘Feathery, Festival ready lashes’ and I couldn’t agree more. It coats the lashes perfectly and gives a nice fluttery effect. I took this on holiday with me and it was perfect for day or night as I just layered it up as needed. My lashes look a lot longer when this mascara is used. The staying power is perfect too, once it is on I don’t need to think about it until I am taking my makeup back off at night, it doesn’t budge.
I am usually a bit more of a vampy mascara fan, but this has made a nice change to keep the lashes simple and fanned out.
